Information is specific data, facts and opinions, relevant to topics. Information informs the reader/user/view as to what they are looking at, what it is about and what they need to know. Way finding is being able to navigate the information, whilst it can also be information that guides and direct the user to where they want to go. Infographics, Information Graphics and data visualizations, are used to make the information more aesthetically appealing and accessable.

More standard and common forms of information and way-finding is done through infographics and signs. The following 5 infographics are a more basic style where there is either a graphical image with information stemming from it or a graphic made up of information combined with a key.

This infographic is much simpler than the previous one. the graphic itself very simple yet it is clear who the people are. the use of colour emphasises the information and the difference between the two people. The infographic shows the biggest contributers in terms of industry, representing them as badges on a suit. The information is written factually down either side as well as a key to show what each badge contributes too.
