Freshers Flue - Self Evaluation

How to… - Self Evaluation

What role(s) did you take in the group?

-   The entire group completed the leaflet and the logo, as well as the information needed for the presentation and presentation itself.
-   I photographed the box, its contents, both packed and individually, as well as the leaflets.
-   I helped with the preparation/assembly of the box and some of the items in it.
-   I took my own notes that helped to contribute towards group discussions later in the product development.

How well do you think you performed in the role(s)?

-   Good overall generation of ideas.
-   I did all that was required of me and performed to the best of my ability.
-   Presentation was presented and executed well.

How well do you think you worked as a group?

-   We all worked well together.
-   There was not a huge amount of work related communication outside of studio time.

What were the positives of working in a group?

-   Increased generation of ideas.
-   Ability to utilise other people’s strengths.
-   Split roles, meaning more was able to be completed.

-   Conflicting ideas.
-   Lack of communication.
-   More distractions.

What will you do differently next time?

-   More preparation.
-   More organisation.
-   More communication.
-   More research.
-   Complete workshops prior to needing facilities/programs.

Where could you have improved your resolution?

-   Printed the entire box.
-   Expanded merchandise; T-shirts, posters, badges, etc.
-   Testing/research.
-   Increase the amount of products that would be given out in the box.

What were the strengths of your presentation?

-   Well timed and well organised.
-   Good distribution of time/speaking between each member of the group.
